Us sydneyites should give this a go! I've been trying to find a spot to do this where I won't get arrested ..... I think the water component is very important - makes for great reflections esp if its a still night and a bridge or jetty or something .... any ideas? I notice on some pics that a rock pool has been used, it looks awesome! the sparks are bouncing off the rocks, the spinning bit is reflected in the water and you get a great landscape shot as well! The only place I can think of is Narrabeen Lake, but I'd be concerned about the potential bushfire hazard, the rock pool @ Narrabeen would be perfect, its reasonably secluded ie its not too overlooked by residents who might think we're vandals! At low tide if you move to the left of the pool there's a massive rock platform which is very tucked away .....
Life is short, smile while you still have teeth .....
