Kite surfers are tricky to photograph, they look so small and they move so fast. The kites are at a distance from them and you have no control over the light or background.
Well. you certainly managed all those issues in this.

Thanks all, the guy was pretty co-operative doing several passes across the walkway frontage. The hard part was holding still in the wind and protecting gear from the sand blast!

Love this. The tones in the water are great and lovely background supplied by the buildings. As Jo said they do move fast and I tried to capture one near Wollongong - as many deletes as I get photographing birds
