More playing around with the macro lens. I noticed while doing the frame that the petals on this flower all have 5 points.

Oh very observant of you John, although some inner ones only have 4 tips. Nicely presented and good colour selected for the outer matte. I'm curious as to why you removed the shadows for the gallery frame and the outer matte?

Thanks for the kind words Isac. You probably twigged that I sampled some colour from the image itself. As for turning off the shadow layer, I'm not exactly sure why, I guess I feel that without the shadow the image as a whole feels sharper. That's probably only me. I am having fun with these frames and mattes.

Cheers for that John. I assumed the matte colour was sampled from the image, I do that as well. I think you should put up "With Shadow" and "No Shadow" and let the members vote
