Marine creature. Spoon Worms: Live up to a metre under the sand and send their tongue out to fossick for food. The tongue/probosis can be metres long and looks like a ribbon moving over the sand. It's retracted very quickly if disturbed. They have seperate sexes but in many species they are indistinguishable externally but in some, the male is very small and lives inside the female! Apologise for the quality of the photographs. They were taken at 20 metres deep with available light at high ISO.
