  • Animals do have feelings

Please No CC on this photo I just want to share this with you and something I keep looking at time and time again as it keeps playing on my mind. Last Monday I went on a photo drive my main aim was maybe some wild flowers or trees shrubs I got just about every thing but including this. I don't know why I stopped the car to take photos of sheep for as I could not see anything from inside of the car as I was driving along. But when I got out of the car and started walking closer to the fence I could see some of the sheep were basking in the sun near the dam. But what is going on over there I looked in my view finder to find a sheep just laying there ( dead or not ? ) so I took some snaps while doing this another sheep came over and stood near it I wish I had my 55 300 with me I would have seen better. Took a couple of shoots and off I went to see what else I could find. Got home later that day uploaded my photos when I got to the sheep the first few photos the sheep had its head up but then I seen this. I think the expression on the other sheep face tells the story. I have heard farmers talking in the that sheep are as thick as a couple of house bricks I don't know much about sheep but lamp chops are nice and wool keeps me warm in the winter. This may be true but one thing I do know they are not heartless. Just wanted to share this story with you.

The sheep could have been injured, doesn't look good but hard to tell what's going on.

only thing with less brains than a sheep is a chook lol

Not as dumb as we might think. I'm wondering if that sheep has a leg stuck in the mud; hard to tell in the photo but something looks not right.
