They have it at the moment, it is caught up with the holiday closures at Fuji in Vic.

You would think service organisations would have worked out the meaning of the word service by now.
I have the same issue with Netgear. I just sent a router back to them today but of course they don't open again until next Wednesday or something and when I went to the Post Office it's a post office holiday of some sort and there is no mail pick up till Sunday (he thinks) or maybe Monday. Sheeesh!
