Like this image but it looks a bit flat to me.

Interesting subject and good composition but feel it needs to be either darker (but not the sky) to push it more towards a silhouette or lighter to show detail in the rigging, it's kinda in between the two.

Interesting lines, and you've done well to handle a difficult exposure but a different approach to the processing could lift this up a notch or two.

I'd be tempted to evict the dark bit bottom right but that's a minor point.
