I dont know if I have improved it over the original post
Put some reflections in the windows,got rid of the gate
Lightened the sky so its not quite so strong

To me you have. In the previous edit the sky and the building were at odds whereas this looks far more natural and putting the reflections of the new sky colour in the windows helps as well. Sometimes finding the 'right' sky to use as a replacement is the hardest part - one that matches the light on the building and looks natural.

I like the idea of putting the reflections in the windows..might have to give that a shot one day.
