I like the overall colours in this shot and the light wispy fronds hanging on the right hand side. In my opinion that thick matted bunch of branches hanging in the centre actually blocks a lot of what I would like to see more of.

A pleasant image just the same.

Perhaps some better lighting on the branches would help.

Thanks seaslug and Jo .... when I uploaded here the first thing I noticed was the stick top left hand corner ...... will experiment with lighting and see if it improves ..

I agree with above. Maybe next time look for a 'peekaboo' look at the water through the willows as you have some beautiful background to work with there Barb.
