        We have them at home regularly. This one is quite large and did not seem overly concerned about me being within a metre or so at one stage. The younger I guess less experienced ones will curl up in a ball and it becomes a waiting game to see who blinks first.

      We regularly see them crossing roads, and often out on bushwalks they will be on the path ahead - but all too often by the time I get to them, they're gone ~ they blend and disappear so easily
