  • Mount Tennant smash session

I decided to put my 40 year old body and knees through some testing yesterday. I picked the tallest mountain in our ranges I could find, (Actually it turns out it's the second highest).

Around about 15 kilometer return trip up some pretty steep rocky terrain, but I loved every minute of it.

Good for the soul! Here's a couple of quick videos.

Video 1 On the way up.

    Video 2 At the top.

    Full story here.
