So, I'm now trying Pale Moon to post from.

A couple from last month when I did a very quick trip in the Avan to Wallaga Lake. I haven't been away in my van since my Central Australian trip last year because a health problem.

Nikon D7000 Sigma 10-20mm The sunrise was ok, but faded quickly. Three other togs beat me to the beach - it's a popular spot.

    G'day Alan

Both good shots - #2 strikes me more from its colours and a bit more detail / viaual information in the rocks as well
Also like the wave action in #2 ... 10/10

My favorite is #2. I prefer the light and color, and the framing achieved by the rocks gives it an appealing sort of feeling.

#1 is just too open. A bit too much blue as well. I wish I had taken it all the same.

My indecision is final, I think.

I'm more of a fan of #2, love the green tinge of the wave as it really catches my eye.

#2 for me too but I think #1 has just the right amount of movement to create interest. Well done.

The rocks in #1 draw the eye for me Alan, they have great detail. I also love the foamy water rolling over the sand. #2 is a stunner. An Isac Images Wall Hanger Award winner though? I'll let the members decide

Thanks Gents - I wasn't sure about #1 either, but it got far more 'Likes' in Flickr than any others from that session - go figure...

Some shots from earlier in the morning to follow

Love the second one Alan, it almost has that alien landscape look to it. At the end of the day there is nowhere like Australia for diversity of scenery.
