Those reflections look like they're closing down on ya pretty quick...how's that new 7D Mk2, I haven't heard any complaints yet?
What if there were no Hypothetical questions?

I have been using it and remain very impressed. I am yet to give it a workout on BiF, and that is coming close. Wet season here at the moment and a lot of the bird activity has slowed from its usual full on stuff. There is a colony of white cockatoos and corellas living not far away, and sometime during the week when the cricket is not being telecast, I might go then.Call me Col

Yes well interesting subject.............I have a special interest in old machinery . Are the pumps still in place ? I would say that they would be subject to rather a lot of maintainence due to the tropical conditions and the intensive growth of barnacles etc . I was involved in the regular removal of Pomona Pumps in a tropical installation for sea water cooling of a diesel power station.
As a foot note I have not had the time to get my camera out due to the house move.

No mate. All machinery was removed when the powerhouse was decommissioned. It has been a restaurant for about 20 years and is now called "The Jetty" If your interest is in old machinery I'll PM you. I have a similar interest and during the dry season I make regular trips to any few of the hundreds that exist.Call me Col
