I like it as is - coz I like a bit of contrast in my pics .....
but is there any chance you could down-play the 2 grass streaks coming into / across the body from left of photo?

interesting image, probably could do with a little shadow lift on one eye/side of face.
is quite contrasty and bright in the background. probably couldnt have executed this in colour in the prevailing light either.
