Not sure about this bird -- it's in trouble

G'day fellas

Walking thru our local coastal carpark yesterday, I spotted this poor bird waddling around
Others had also spotted it and were phoning the RSPCA + WIRES + ?? to try to get assistance

2)- and cropped still further... now pixel peeping too !

Sad to see Phil. If only our citizens would dispose of their rubbish correctly. Wouldn't it be a better place? I hope it was rescued.
While walking the dog this morning I saw a whole heap of school kids at the loading dock yelling and carrying on, so went to check it out.
It was a long neck tortoise roaming around - lost. So I picked it up and took it to a stream and let it go. It was like I was the pied piper with all the kids following along.
