I was out for an early morning bike ride this morning when I spotted 2 of these on the Lake,a first for me,more pics to come when I`ve got a bit more time.

Good for you Kevin! Firstly being out for a bike ride and secondly for carting your camera along! I love the swans. You've done well with this image. Although the BG is a tad busy, you've captured the gentleness of the swan in it's natural habitat and it still stands out. Well done.
I have just finished going through a few shots of swans myself. They have been absent for a while but mum and dad have brought back 2 of their surviving juveniles and they love showing them off to everyone who visits. Looking forward to more - TFS.I Shoot A Canon

I like the colour and the composition. Saw some of these in France. Josephine of Boneparte fame had some in her garden. I know they are long lived but assume they were not the same ones
