  • Yellow Billed Spoonbill

The only one on the lake (that I could see) having a splash around and getting some munchies!

    G'day mate

Well - you also appear to be having as much fun as the bird obviously is
I'm not sure whether the bird is simply ejecting water after swallowing food - or what?

A good series of shots Isac with a bit of feeding action included. I like #3 and #5 with the backlit water drops.

Cheers Phil, always having fun when I'm carting the camera around. It was interesting to watch the process and yes it is ejecting the water from the spoon after filtering the tucker.

Good of you to comment Alan. Sometimes these ops just come along and you have to take them.
