    Hi Isac

All okay to my eye - good clarity and feather detail

Thank you Phil. Getting the night heron was a bit of a buzz because they are not seen that often.

Too many feathers! Although nature is grand! Once more
Better a full bottle in front of me

I think we'd be lost without the feathers Hans! The variety and colours are a sight to behold (most of the time).

nice assortment here. prefer the first heron over the 2nd due to busy-ness in 2nd. the raven is well exposed too and decent light in the shovellers. having the pair also lifts it. good work

Nice to get your views Stephen. Very hard to get uncluttered shots of the Nankeens because they love the protection of the bush and don't venture out into the open.

I have a big day planned for the Friday. A trip out to the Perry Sandhills, then off to try and find MacCabe Corner.

Cheers Kevin. I'm just happy to get a decent shot of the heron. They're not that easy to spot, in fact it was a fluke really. Walking my dog and I like to take him to the edge of the trees at a dark and dingy part of the lake, to see if he can sniff out animals or birds that are hiding in there. If he spots something that looks out of place he just freezes and stares at it - then it's up to me to see if I can spot it too. He's rewarded with "Good dog, hears your treat".
