    Apple Thief

    Lorikeets are not so common in Tassie so I was a bit surprised to find this fellow helping itself to the neighbour's apple tree.

    That cheeky bugger. Does he have no respect ?

    Its got darker colouring on the tail and wingtips than ours.

      They are not native to WA but have become quite at home here too. Competing with our local species.
