    Sorry for another King Parrot photo so close to the others, but I thought this was an interesting example of a male almost in full colour.

    Keep 'em coming I say.

    The blurry foot catches my eye in #1 but only a minor niggle and it's time to wield the chainsaw on that green blob.

      Thanks Mick. I quite like the OOF bits though .... Just looked a bit stark without some foreground I thought.

      The green things are in pots so I can move them

            Doing well at that shutter speed. In the first the head doesn't quite have the detail of the tail. Why do birds move just when the shutter is activated.
            The secound would be my favorite all up. Think the bird is shown of well.
            FWIW, it takes three years for the males to develop that full red head.
