I've been playing around with some of the Flaming Pear filters lately and I thought that I'd put a few up here for comment.

All pretty cool effects John!. I like your edge framing too, perhaps a tad softer with the shadow?
They all have something different to offer so I don't hace a favourite.

Thanks for the kind words Isac, my wife really likes the Kyoto version. So much so that she wants me to get a large print done of it.
I thought that the shadow was a tad intense after I posted the images so I reduced it from75% to 60%, looks much better now.

Spectacular images John. #2, #3 and #5 are the stand-outs for me. The original image is good but the processing gives it quite a lift.

That is incredibly cheap, what grade paper is he using. The quotes I am getting are for 300g archival quality paper. I will be either making a frame or buying one depending on cost.

He would be using 170GSM paper - good for this type print. I've asked for a quote on the 300GSM archival so I'll send that when he gets back to me. I've known this guy for some time. I use him for all my print jobs since 2017 when I started creating the calendars for Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre. He does excellent work at very competitive prices.

I'm sure with your woodworking expertise, you'll be able to knock up a unique frame. The hardest part is selecting the right glass - there's so many to choose from.

Sorry John, He will only use 170GSM but it's good quality. He does great work for me and the prices are very competetive.
