As I was saying, I like the effect and think the subject suits the treatment. The blue and yellow fronds give it a bit more interest, (and probably hides the fact that the yellow one was a dead frond?)

And so glad the frame 'slipped' off in the relocation, (but I know you love them)

Thanks Alan. I do get inspired by all types of people and members here do amaze me sometimes. I didn't mind this one because of the colours and there's nothing else in the image to distract. I do love a good matte board and frame but as was mentioned here a long time ago, there's a lot of folk using laptops and smaller tablet and phone screens these day so it does tend to shrink the image - hence I used the frame removal tool. Cheers for your kind words - appreciated.
