I like these treatments you do. Are they just a plug in for PS or can I find something similar in Lightroom?

Thanks Terry
It is a stand alone Filter (Oil Paint) within PS Filters. I don't think it is in LR but willing to be corrected
You may be able to purchase something similar or find a free plugin.
