  • Aerial poetry

The French troupe "Gratte Ciel" are described as a high altitude circus. "
With dance and movement that evokes ‘aerial poetry’, .......
brings together a team of highly skilled technicians, climbers, circus performers and
dancers, to create a truly unique high-altitude aerial spectacle."

And it was pretty amazing. All four nights of it. What annoyed many people was the number of feathers dropped during each performance. It soon mounted upon the ground (see below) and even found it's way into neighboring suburbs. Of course, some people allergic to feathers, and most of them were at the shows.

    At WOMADelaide 2018.

    The finale.

    The next day.

My indecision is final, I think.

Well done Charles, those aireal shots came out well. I can understand how the quantity of feathers could be a problem to many. At least they are organic and will fade away over time. Can just see all these people with leaf blowers unsuccessfully trying to round them up. Another photo opportunity perhaps? Getting one of those scarf gags for the wife any time soon?

Great work again Charles. I guess Cole could use the feathers in a "Down Down" ad
