Great cause and great photos. Although last one seems grainy to me. Was that your intention in PP?I Shoot A Canon

Interesting you mention the grain I was surprised to not see it in the background. I did look at it and scratched my head a bit. I don't mind it. I will have another look at the raw file. The metal is rough as is the plinth which is sandstone. There is a grain but it is a lot smaller.Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

Very Interesting - doesn't appear to have a lot of noise compared with the first one.I Shoot A Canon

You mention CMYK. Are you using this image for printing? Ages ago, I found a noise reduction PS plugin filter called COLORMANCER and it's briliant (give it a go - it's a freebie). I ran it on your pic and it it worked like magic! I used 150 for "Overall Noise Level" and zeroed all other sliders. Then I ran my freebie "Subtle" sharpening action on it (plus a straighten) and below is the result.

Sounds good. I will look for it. Got a "new" book today Adobe Photoshop CS5 for photographers. 746 pages of unadulterated joy. I think i should master a bit more before using too many plug ins.
