      Thanks Mick, I bet you were praying it did not rain! Having an outdoor wedding in the wet season up north is always a gamble!

      Thanks Kate. Believe it or not that was taken with the Sigma 24-70 at f/2.8. I have only had time to look at the rest of them and a few of the ones where they were getting ready that are also quite sharp and crisp were also taken with that lens. It has been a little suprise packet for me. I certainly don't regret buying the Sigma over a Canon L offering.

        I am a believer of Sigma lenses. I use their 50 and 85 primes. I had used the Canon equivalents to compare and I had no issues going with the Sigma over the Canon. I can see your Sigma 24-700 is razor sharp and holds good colour contrast. It does look around 1/3 to 2/3 of a stop darker than the other images though.
