Looks so colourful and a very special pace Greg. At first glimpse, I thought Dust Bunnies! but they were fish! You can see that my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.
Dust bunnies aren't so much of a problem underwater, however 'backscatter' is a real pain. Caused by flash reflecting back off particles in the water is difficult to overcome as the water is rarely crystal clear. (The little white specks in the shot are backscatter). It's the reason why underwater photographers use flash heads on long arms angled with respect to the camera so that the particles are lit from the sides rather than the front.
Can be a bit of a challenge particularly if the water is surging back and forth. Close subjects are mainly lit by flash and that tends to stop the action, but backgrounds can be a problem.
