Good photos Greg. Shows how tough they are. The first guy in #1 looks like a very big unit indeed. My Dad used be a road racer in his twenties and they raced from Perth to Northam and back. Very hilly and about a 200km trip. It's a tad easier these days with the latest lightweight bikes. He gave me his "Malvern Star" racer and it seemed like it weighed a ton. P.S. No lycra back then either.

Thanks Isac, looks can be very deceiving, the leading rider (Simon) is actually a shorty but yes he's pretty fit. He married my niece and the young guy in the other shot (Jack) is his son who is taller than Simon.

Damn these super fit people always make me feel guilty. One of my sons does the occasional Triathlon and usually struggles in the ocean swim section - must tell him to look for one of these.
