A new pen I completed today.
This one is to replace a penI made for someone and they lost it. I didn't have the same colour resin blank so this one will have to do him.

I have been making pens for 20+ years now, this type of pen is quite straightforward to make, though attention to detail still provides a challenge.

I mix and pour my own resins, there is a bit of an art there to get the swirls and keep the colours from mixing together, still learning there.

My biggest challenge over the last couple of years has been photographing them to try and show them at their best, I still have a way to go IMO.

I make my resins slightly translucent, so while holding them in your hand and moving in the light, they have depth and a 3D look, very difficult to show that with a single image.
