    #2 my favourite. Simplicity does it with a bit of a twist!

      I'm glad I'm not alone on being attracted to rusty barbed wire fences. I agree that #2 has the edge here, and maybe I'd be tempted to get rid of the bottom two seed heads. Really nice Barb.

        #2 for me too.

        In #1 the grass competes with the wire but in #2 it compliments the wire.

        With #3 the post has a tendency to dominate the image but that said it's still a fine image.

          #2 is probably a more 'politically correct' photo for lack of better words

          #1 I liked, as there is a lot 'going on' with both the paspalum and the wire - so yes in a way they are competing to be the dominant object in the photo

          #3 I liked, as the 'coils' in the wire are 'an attempt' to replicate the paspalum seed heads ..... the post is very dominant but acts as the 'grounding force' for the wire (literally)
