With no significant rain for over a couple of weeks and 4 -5 days of over 30 coming up I cant see this improving.

This was the Wattle Grove Lake on 18th February. It is now bone dry. There's nothing that can be done, according to the Water Authority, it all relies on the water table. So the only fill factor is to get R A I N and plenty of it. P.S. Lovin' this Canon 10-18 lens
