He appeared - rested by my van and stared at me - then wandered back into the dunes....

Perfect focus on the eyes. Looks like such a kind face Alan. Sometimes had to imagine these guys being lethal hunters.

Got to eat. Is he sizing you up as a meal? Nice pic.

He was checking out all the travelers cars for tidbits. One guy couldn't get back in his van fast enough when Ernie strolled towards him.

They have to eat I suppose. They can smell tucker for miles. Travelers are an easy source for a bit of food and they know where to find them. Even their name is derived from the DINnerGOng

He is absolutely adorable. What a darling face. I was thinking he's got some Dingo in him with those big ears and how he has them to the side.
