  • Too much rain

We had a lot of rain here lately. Roads washed away and houses flooded. Many trees down in the water logged ground.

Bella and I were very saddened to see that our favorite tree at the oval where we regularly go, is down. The ground is just too wet.

The creek flowing past flooded twice in the last few weeks. The water which kept it growing for so long lead to its demise.

Bella can't believe what has happened.

Some people are wondering what has happened to their house!

The willows are growing well, blocking the flow of the water, leading to flooding.

My indecision is final, I think.

I feel for you Charles and know what you're going through. It's settled a bit down here now but there's millions to be spent on the clean up and rehabilitation.

Not a good look Charles. Something good always comes out of these horrible events though and I'm sure will be able to find another tree to visit. Nobody ever mentions the fence! Some people built that fence and they will be devastated to see it crushed like that. I can see in #3 that Bella is patiently waiting for you to get under way with cutting that tree up for firewood so she can finally jump the fence and see what lies beyond. Who knows? she might even find a better tree to get excited about. Nice to see you out and about with the camera Charles. There's nothing to report over here in the West as it's just sunny here with a little cloud and warming up a little in the middle of the week to 20 degrees.
