Pics from the Snakes & Ladders Motorcycle Run

Each year the Atherton Motorcycle and Recreation Club plus a few other clubs around get together and organise a run from A to B and this year it was from Muzz Buzz at Raintrees shops (here in Manunda Cairns) up the Kuranda Range, to Mareeba and then I guess back and down the Gillies Range to the Mountain View Hotel. I was there at the beginning of the trip volunteering. The whole reason for this event is to fundraise for our local no kill shelter where I volunteer, YAPS (Young Animal Protection Society). Almost $4000 was raised .. how friggen awesome is that !

What a hoot Dogs, bikes and winding roads. $4000 as well - gotta be happy with that. Great cause too.

Some nice gear there Anna and it looked like a great day for a good cause. Anything that raises money for animal protection has my respect. At least up there in the far north you probably didn't get hassled by the authorities like we often do down here. Not too sure about the bloke with all the spikes though hahaha
