Thanks, it's not exactly a beach Gabby. It's on a rocky river bank which happens to be directly opposite the local tipping site. I suspect both the seat and tigger have been picked up by a high tide and deposited (seperately I might add.. the photographer may have applied a little licence there).

However the seat has been in place for some months and you would think the council would have picked it up by now.

Okay, that explains it. We have a big problem in this area with people dumping illegally - too lousy to pay the couple of $s the tip charges.
