Which lens? Is that 1/80 sec at f18?

Try all the f-stops, from wide open to the smallest.

its a canon 18--200 is lens shot taken with len zoomed out
looked at the info of the shot it says 1/80 @ f18 ISO 200 Raw mode

Looks sharp to me. Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your eyes. I don't trust my eyes to do manual focus.

That looks like nice glass you have there looks sharp and clean I also don't trust my eyes or hands for manual focus either
