Aussie spider warning - I love my job.

Every time I cut down these big Eucalypts, dozens of these guy scurry out of every crack. I try to rescue as many as I can before I drop the tree.

I agree, he is cute and is far far better than a snake.

I rescue spiders by hand and let them crawl on me too...but they are usually the size of my pinky nail.
That size I'd gently be using a go between (maybe a long handled broom).
