Bit grainy, but it was the Panasonic compact on full optical zoom in pretty poor light.

Breakwall was a little more sheltered.

It does look a bit rough. #1 with the waves crashing over those black rocks with the splashes of red is very appealing.

what do ya mean? The waves are on top of the water and you are under the waves!. Glad i'm not on the boat to/from Tassie tonight

All good for me, grainy or not. Beautiful spot for photos. There is software around (free) for noise removal, one is the plug-in for Photoshop called Colormancer. I use this rather than the photoshop one.
