  • New lens

    Recently bought a Tokina 11-16 f2.8. We have a Nikon 10-24 but there were heaps of times on our recent trip to India that we would have both liked an UWA on the camera. Took it to our local Botanical Gardens to try it out. It was still quite gusty wind so was pleased with its sharpness.

    doesn't seem to be much distortion

    Just a tip for the second image: focus in closer and the back ground will also be in focus

    two things I don't understand. no replies to a gear thread and the Nikon is "wider" than the new Tonka, sorry Tokina

      Thanks Ian. Initially went with the Nikon because it will AF on both cameras. Tokina had excellent reviews so when looking for a second UWA went with it as it was also faster and cheaper.
