It was explained to me (twice) but I am still not sure. I think (emphasis on think) it had a base of crushed gingernut biscuit with lemon curd, raspberries, mascarpone and yoghurt with the grated chocolate on top. It was Alysias take on a Jamie Oliver cheesecake style dessert. Whatever it was it was very nice and despite what DPR thinks the quantity was plenty.
