  • Monique and Carleen enjoy there Christmas (toy pho)

    Hello I hope you all had a great Christmas day as mine was wonderful. well I thought I would do my Christmas shots on Christmas Eve as I knew there would not be time on Christmas day. This is my Christmas story with Monique and Carleen enjoying Christmas just as kids would.

    there was more photos to this story but I think this is enough for you to get my drift. I am so glad I found toy photography I know its not in everybody's taste but to me its fun and you still have to try and tell a story and trying to make the toys as close to life as possible is challenge in itself. But like Ian said at least I don't have to say smile and I don't have to repeat myself or find my patients when my toys are posing but I do love this.

      Ian I am not sure what you telling me apart from the telly and crap in the background are you saying this should have could have been cropped out ? If so I thought about it but was not sure all the help and advice is good for me to learn

        to me sandy it spoilt a good photo which has gone beyond the every-house xmas snaps

        "cropping out" is an after thought imo. maybe a lesson in look before you click. Look to the sides; look to the front; look to the background and remove anything that is not part of the photo idea

          Thank you so much Ian all advice is good and lesson's to learn something to keep in my mind next time just keep pulling me please even though I post in snap shots don't mean I don't want or need help its just I don't know where else to put my toy photography Yes I see what you mean for sure mate click it into my brain and try to remember this

          Also that goes for all please feel free to make comments and suggestions it all helps me to learn I only post here because I don't know where else to put toy photography at all

                  that is also a good idea I think ill go put it in general chat and put it vote I almost did that when I first start toy photography as far as I can tell Im the only one on this forum that does toy photography but yes that is what i think Ill do thanks DPR ill make a post now its a tuffy I think but will get it sorted with the help of all here.
