Sadly, I often had a similar problem Dave.

I spoke to Amelia, Agapito, Alvin, Benigno, Carmela, Edwin, Gloria, Jasmin, Marco, Mercy, Rosito, Marietta and many others (diarised the whole sorry episode so that I can provide feedback). Not hard to guess where the call centre is.

As for Telstra, I was another loyal customer that hung in there for years. My son was cracking up at me to move as he "needed" faster downloads and larger limits, so in the end we went across to TPG (he organised it) and haven't looked back

Hi Mick, sorry for the delay in responding mate; I'm very time poor at the moment.

I use a plugin called "Silver Efex Pro" for Photoshop. That edit was literally a push of a button.
