Taking this photo drew attention to the scene to my guide who imediately took a shot on his phone. He said Balanese people are happy in their work.

They've obviously had tips from our council employees on how to perform their duties diligently and spread the workload so as not to suffer from fatigue or other stress related conditions.
He was probably hard at it and finishing up after hours of work and looking forward to hos well earned lunch break.

You could be mistaken to think he was being delivered a drink. It however went down the path behind him.

I had another look and it looks like he's excited to be watching the Queens' funeral.

Maybe if you save the exif data for the image when you resize for posting, we can see your settings, which is a great help when giving CC.
