There is something about this photo which makes me like it. And no it's not because I took it. I think it is the repetition of the spirals in the composition. Thoughts?

To me with my limited evaluation processes and only having one good eye for scanning over an image, I would give this photo a one word summation and that would be "Honest". Ordinary folk just doing what they do with not a hint of pretentious intentions
