  • First year's sunset with two of my favourite people

Very hot evening, thought we would trade in a run for a walk to the beach. Boy was the hairy man happy about that!

Love the 'hairy man' exploding out of the ocean in the last. Pure joy.

Haha,,yes, he sure prefers a swim to a long run in the heat.

    Beautiful series Jo.

Love the colours in the sky in #1

A happy dog on the beach is always a joy to see.

But there is something about #3, (the explosive sky and girl/daughter and dog), which makes it my choice

Wonderful Shots Jo. You can't beat the sun setting over the ocean.

Thanks Ironwood. Sometimes I worry that my photos will get boring..but must say I never get tired of seeing those colourful sunsets myself.

What a beautiful series Jo. They exude warmth and joy and love , but not in a mushy way. A dog and a beach = pure joy, both for dog and human. (I was going to say owner, but as Bella owns me......!)

Bella sends her regards by the way and says: "Don't give up yet Jo. You are on the right track. You know what to do to turn these shots into masterpieces." She can be harsh, but she means well.

My indecision is final, I think.

Thanks Sejac, tell Bella that I thought a poodle would detract from the overall image as the sunset could not compete with her supremeness.
Oh and Roady (our dog) says 'woof'.
