AHA! PHEW!!! OK, now I know what you are talking about. Yes, that is the natural look of my teeth. I have a whiter rim around all of them. I had 16 years of very good dental care while I was in the Army.

Man! I thought I was going nuts! I studied the photo again and again lookng for a halo!

    Thanks dudes and dudettes!

#1 is a real cracker Barry; good PP also. I would be temped to tone down the ear a bit or even crop off that area.

I do truly love the image but I assumed it was over sharpening of the fairly white teeth against the dark mouth area.

Despite it being the natural look of your teeth, you might like to trial a little cloning (I think it might work) in the area to reduce the effect. Grungy cowboy with the colgate fresh ring otherwise. Congrats on the excellent teeth too.

the lighting and colour tones are spectacular! ...as for the double lines I'd probably just clone them out gradually with a low opacity...but I only noticed it cause you mentioned it! well done ;D
