Kate your daughter is very pretty ( but you already know that ) I agree with the hand and sleeve but her face makes up for that she has very pretty eyes I like the B&W best as well.

Black and white for me but being me I would play with a dark vignette to see if I could put more emphasis onto her face.

Kate, I personally prefer the upped contrast version simply because it makes here eye's the focal point even more and brings out their intensity. Your's and other's mileage may vary of course.
