seashell sunrise somewhere

now that you've got over the tongue twiser of a title

i took this picture a while ago now and haven't been able to master the processing for it, always getting frustrated with it...
this was done with one RAW photo split up into 4-5 different exposures
the hard part wasn't the sunrise, it was trying to bring back the colour/contrast in the seashell

how you guys think i went?

I played with the levels and contrast and came up with this.
