Due to a misshap at work, I currently have my right arm in a cast and a sling. I have been going through some old photos because I can't do too much else at the moment.
I have found that my left hand is very much less dexterous than my right, but I am fumbling my way through things.

I took this photo back in 2013, but have done nothing with it until now. I remember I was on my way back home from picking up my new Nikon 105 macro lens, all I had with me was my D7100, and this lens. This car had been sitting outside the mechanics shop for about 2 weeks, hence the thick covering of dust, it also had modern cars parked around it, which really restricted getting a decent shot.
Anyway, I thought I would see what I could do to save an otherwise fairly poor image, I will post the original at the end if anyone wants to have a play with it.

I settled on this crop, and cloned out what I could of any modern stuff, and reflections.

I also like what you did with the edit Brad suits the vehicle. A bit of clever editing on the phone number and you would think the photo was taken in the '50'^s.
Sorry to hear about the injury, hope it heals quickly and without lasting effects. As a leftie in a right handed world I can relate to the inconveniences you are dealing with.

I think that the phone number back in the '50's would have been something like LJ 3207, back when phone numbers were only 6 digits.

The former alphanumeric scheme was:

A = 1;
B = 2;
F = 3;
J = 4;
L = 5;
M = 6;
U = 7;
W = 8;
X = 9;

Thanks John. I broke the Distal Bicep tendon, I went for surgery on Wednesday, they reattached it to the bone ( drilled a hole and pulled it through) I get the cast taken off in about a week and a brace fitted, then a few months recovery. Hopefully not long into the new year and I should be getting limited use again. Nothing is easy with just my left hand to use.

I had a friend that broke both his arms in a motorbike accident. I asked the obvious question, he replied "this is when you know who you're friends are". Nurses aren't paid enough.

Yeah, my cousin broke both his arms when we were kids, crossing a train bridge on his pushbike and a train came the other way, he had to jump. Poor bugger.

Couple of quick NIK edits...

I hope your back up and running real soon Ironwood. I like the first NIK edit best - very good detail of the old vehicle. I have been challenged by Grumpy John so here goes.
Added parts of the vehicle that were missing and rebuilt a shop on the right. Number plate changed and name and phone number of the business. Did a vintage look as well just for fun.
