Strong image.
I like the inclusion of the red plaque as it helps identify the silhouetted form and provides context.
My only nitpic is the lack of a gap between the top LHS of the whistle and the diagonal beam. Even just a tiny gap between the two would help isolate the whistle and make it stand "proud' so to speak.
It's a very minor nitpic but it's something worth keeping in mind imho. Isolate the main element whenever possible.
